1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Good Karma application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Posting or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service

4. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• The Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms
• The posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Good Karma and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Good Karma.

6. Karma Points System

The Service includes a system of "Karma Points" that are awarded for various actions and achievements. Karma Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Karma Points system at any time without notice.

Users may not manipulate, hack, or otherwise artificially inflate their Karma Points. Such actions may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Events and Good Deeds

Users may create and participate in events through the Service. Users are solely responsible for their participation in events, including any risks associated with such participation. Good Karma is not responsible for the conduct of any users at these events or for any damages or injuries that may occur.

When reporting good deeds, users must provide accurate and truthful information. Falsely reporting good deeds or manipulating the system may result in account suspension or termination.

8. User Guide

Good Deeds

• Every user with an account can create a deed.
• The system will tell you what information is required.
• Note that the date selected should represent the day of the good deed.
• When setting the location you can choose detail depending what information you add; address and/or city and/or zip code and/or country. If you are not happy with the address selected, add or reduce the level of details.
• You can always update/delete the good deed if needed by pressing the respective button on the Deed Card on the home page.
• You can like (heart) deeds of others; the more community likes, the more karma points awarded.
• You can also share the deed by copying the link.

Events - Attendees

• You can sign up for an event as well as cancel the registration.
• When an organizer confirms your participation, the karma points are awarded.

Events - Organizers

• Every user with an account can create an event.
• The system will tell you what information is required.
• When setting the location you can choose detail depending what information you add; address and/or city and/or zip code and/or country. If you are not happy with the address selected, add or reduce the level of details.
• You can always update an event if needed via the edit event link found on the event detail page.
• You can confirm/cancel confirmed attendees.
• You can cancel events with registered/confirmed attendees - Make sure to inform them via in-system message as well.
• You can delete/edit events where no attendees have signed up.
• You can share the event.

Event Chat

• Both attendees and organizers can have a chat discussion on the event details page.

Other Features

• You can initiate a chat (in-system message) with all users by clicking their nickname, bringing you to their profile page. Press Message from there.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Good Karma, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law and settled by public court in Sweden.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
